Refurbishing and refinishing services

We can refurbish a tired piece to make it look fresh and clean while still showcasing its age and "experiences" or completely repair and refinish a severely damaged piece to make it look almost like new again.

Featured below is a kitchen buffet that was originally finished with a moderately dark stain.  Somewhere over the years, it had been brush painted white, "distressed" by hitting it with chain or something similar and then at a later date spray painted white, probably to cover the "distressed" areas.  Our customer wanted it refinished to go with their dark cherry dining table and chairs.  We disassembled both the buffet and the hutch, removed the three layers of old finish and applied a new dark cherry color finish.  While it was disassembled we did several repairs to the buffet carcass and the drawers.  As a final improvement we installed ball bearing slides to make the drawers open and close with almost no effort, even when fully loaded with dishes and linens.
